Consulting vs. Fixing

I have a Ford Escape and Honda Civic that recently hit 100k miles. There are a number of big ticket items that are due for replacement around this time. I have brought the car in to H&S over the past year to take care of these items, but only because of their 'consulting'. Their staff spent time helping me figure out cost/benefit new vs. repairs, etc. They have also been keeping me up on important items to watch on my models. They've helped me make the best decision with my money, so I can't rate them high enough. And as a side note, the services is always top notch. :) Advice to new customers: engage them and take advantage of their knowledge. Keep up the great work in Purcellville!

Overpriced

They do good work and have good warranties, but they are much pricier than other garages in the area and are no longer offering the 10% senior discount they used to offer.
