Had a great deal of work done on the van, and have no complaints. I was informed of the work that had to be done in layman's terms and approved it. The van was done the same day, which surprised me, and when I picked it up all my questions were answered.

A bit disappointed

I had had a good experience in the past but found my visit yesterday to be highly frustrating. The techs couldn't find the wheel lock for my car and even after being told I didn't want the locks broken...they broke them. However, they did replace them at no cost to me. Which I appreciate. It just felt like the techs were distracted yesterday. I was also frustrated by the long list of things that suddenly needed fixed when I had only asked for an oil change. Most exasperating was having dropped my car off for a new headlight to have a tech call to inform me the light was out and ask if I wanted it replaced. Despite this exasperation, the techs are always friendly. It can take forever to check in and check out.

The team at Hogan & Sons always gets my vehicle in on time and out in a timely fashion. Great place.

Just a note to say how well Andrew manages the front desk. A woman, someone not even a customer, had a dead car in the parking lot and needed to get home to receive a kindergartener off the bus and he gave her a ride home! Then an older man came in, and was somewhat rude about his service needs, even told Andrew NOT to lose a form in the car. Throughout it all Andrew was polite and gracious. My car was there for a scheduled oil change and it was nice to see simple customer service in action.

Dishonesty

Not sure how honest the shop workers/mechanics are there. Besides being told the normal "you need a fuel engine system" cleaning or whatever, in addition to a "failed battery" (which still works), the mechanics told me that my brake pads were wearing and "half gone, at about a 6". I just had 4 new brake pads put on the vehicle in October so I will be getting them checked by the garage that installed, really hope that Goodyear isn't always this dishonest about what your car needs.

2pm Appointment

Had an appointment for a 2pm oil change (dropped it off around noon), hadn't heard back by 4:45 so I called.... Initially couldn't find my vehicle then it was 'just pulled in' for that oil change requested a call back when it was done so I could pay before store closing. 5:45 still no call back, so I called again and was told change was not complete.... When I called back at 6 the change was finally done! Seriously 4 hours for an oil change and the customer has to call in to check on status?

I received courteous and fast service during my recent visit for an emissions and safety inspection sticker.

Oil Change

Great job. Same day service. They do quality work and don't try to sell what you don't need. They performed an inspection and noted one issue that I may want to keep an eye on, but stated is was not imperative at this time. I appreciate their honesty. This was my experience and may differ compared to another customer.
