Need to finish work
Since I moved to this area in August 2016, I have been to the Hogan & Sons shop near my home in Herndon several times. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, helpful and efficient. They get you in and out quickly and prices are very fair.
Tire repair was done - Good job on that however i have requested to check the pressure on the rest of the tires which was NOT done and was not happy with that
Taher was especially helpful pricing tires that I needed
Phone and front desk are good. We compromised on what to do since I was considering giving the car the death penalty. Time will tell. I will send my wife there for her Safety inspection.
Came in to get tire replace, and Thair was great.
Fast and comprehensive service
The shop did not accept its own issued coupon that I had bought earlier. They said it was old while the coupon has no expiration date. It was very unprofessional and I am going to report the matter to BBB.
