Hogan's did a good and the wife is very happy with the new tires on her big van, but I had to take it back to get sticky weights and tire noise corrected. All was corrected and the van is driving smoothly and well.

Ive been using this location for over 10 years. There has been some changes in the staffing and I have to say the service is excellent now. I priced my tires in Tire Rack and Hogans was able match it. The sales person Gabriel was very knowledgeable and helped me make the right decision on tires base on my needs for a challenger SRT. He ordered my tires and scheduled me in next day, installation was done quickly while I waited and the technician was super careful not to scratch my 20 polished wheels. As a bonus Gabriel took the time to clean the brake dust off the inside of my wheels making them look brand new! Im wildly impressed by the overall experience and the new crew at this shop. Dont make the mistake of going elsewhere without giving these guys a chance to earn your business and save you time/money.

Prepping for a 900 mile road trip I stopped by the Herndon, VA Hogan & Sons auto shop for an oil change and wiper blades. There, I met Mr. Melvin Fonesca (Mel) Assistant Manager and he recommended their free trip check. I was sure that all I needed was the oil change and wiper blades but after the trip check I found out that the alignment was out of whack and the tires were in no shape for my pending trip. At this point I started to worry about blowing my budget but Mel stepped up and found several service coupons and a manufactures rebate for the new tires. These items kept me in budget and eliminated any potential issues I may have suffered on the road. I was amazed that the work only took a couple of hours to complete. Id like to thank Mel and his staff of Ace Mechanics for a job well done and the security in knowing that my vehicle is running in tip top shape.

I came in, with out an appointment for an oil change. They were accommodating and scheduled me in 2 hours later. I returned for that service only and the observant technician brought to my attention the 4 cracked tires I have been driving on for 5 years, and the useful life was clearly over. They were able to put me in safer tires same day. They are friendly, knowledgeable and display excellent customer service.
