Tried to Rip Me Off Part 1

Tried to charge me $150 to change a fog light and a 3rd brake light in a 2003 Dodge Dakota. Mind you, these bulbs are extremely easy to reach and require no more than a screwdriver to change them. Finally talked them down to the (inflated - "it's retail, gotta make money off of these things!") price of the bulbs and $25 for the "labor". These guys are crooks, no other way to put it. Stay tuned for "Part 2: Fool Me Once, Shame on You; Fool Me Twice, Shame on Me".

Had shocks and struts replaced$1400. Two days later all sorts of rattling coming from beneath car. Have to waste time now taking it back. Hogan used to be good. Now they ****. I had to give one star for review. They deserve no stars

great professional service

Mel, Elton, and crew are very thorough. Recently came in for routine fluid service and the tech noticed a small leak coming from the water pump. on a Toyota Highlander, changing the pump requires pulling the engine ($$$$) . Turns out, my car is still under warranty ($0!!!!) for another few months. Had they waited to tell me, I very well could have been out of warranty when the problem got worse. Thanks for the heads up guys! You saved me tons of cash!

Very dishonest business

This will be my last visit here as they will smile and lie straight to your face. I brought my car in for a tire change; when I came to pick it up, the clerk told me I was "missing 2 center cap". I am positive that they were all there as I took photos of the car before dropping it off.apart from that they even broke the 2 that were left as they fell off on my way home. Overall I found this place to be very unprofessional and had little care for their customers vehicle.

Acura MDX routine service

I frequently take my vehicles to Hogan and Sons. I like the convenience of their location near my work. Their staff is always nice. They do frequently suggest additional services that my car might need, but if you ask, they will give you a reasonable idea of how pressing the need is.
