Once again

Prepping for another road trip, so I stopped by Hogan & Sons to get my breaks checked out. Mel and Erfan did a fantastic job on the breaks as well as providing a list of items that will need attention going forward, this really helps in budgeting and no surprises come inspection time. When you stop by make sure that you ask about their rebates and coupons, they can save you money.

safety Inspection

Denis handled my request which was a safety inspection ($16) plus new windshield wipers (~$48). I left the car there and was called when it was done. Everything was as expected, no surprises, no add ons.

Walk-ins always welcome and service with a smile. I've gone to Herndon Hogan & Sons for several years for various services. Fair and honest assessments, reasonable fees.

Mid-diagnosis

The diagnosis that I needed a new oil cooler line was wrong. I took it to the dealer as that would have been covered. There was a bigger undetected problem with the timing chain. $4,000 worth.

I always receive courteous service from the employees. They are very helpful in explaining what is wrong with my car, what I would need to correct the problem and an estimate for the work to be performed. I have found the work performed to be excellent. I'm pleased to know the employees take their time in helping me by responding to my questions. In addition, they explain when I should return and what service is necessary by a certain time according to the manufacturers recommendations. Mr. Tahar was the young man that assisted me during the transaction and he was extremely courteous and assisted me every step of the way. Your staff is outstanding in my book. Thank you.

Always excellent, friendly service, and every time I come here, they thoroughly explain every service they are providing. It's rare to be able to trust a shop in this day, but these guys are 100% trustworthy! Love this shop!
