Very disappointing experience
The service advisor was rude.Over charged ($270) for diagnostic. When I questioned why he is s charging ng more than double for diagnostic. He was inconsiderate and rude. I will not come to hogan and sons again. Disappointing part was, even though rest of the service advisor realized I am being over charged, they didn't come to my support and simply kept their mouth shut. The service advisor refused to give my key back as even after I paid the $270. He insisted on signing authorization form.I have zero confirmation fence that they spent more than 2 hours on performing diagnosis. As it was closing time and was in a hurry, I paid and signed the authorization for in order get my car back

My go to service station
I trust Hogan with my service b/c they have great prices and do a great job. They give recommendations to keep the car maintained but are not pushy like some places (I.e., the dealer). The counter guys I've known for years so really feel like I'm talking to friends when I call or visit with my car.

Polite personnel. However, my invoice was too much due to extras services that I did not requested. ie Road Hazard Warranty, TPMS Service Kit, Life time Wheel balance. Honesty is a big thing for me and I don't appreciate when I get blindsided and don't know what I'm being charged for. I would not recommend.

Honest, Reliable Service
Honest, reliable and quality work at Hogan & Sons Goodyear shop in Herndon. Before my visit, Elton took the time on the phone to walk through what parts and service may be needed. Because he was so helpful, I selected Hogan & Sons. To top it off, they have a shuttle and drive me to work and picked me up later in the afternoon. I forgot what it is like to have a business that is 100% honest and reliable. I've just found my new shop for my family cars!

The reviews on this location are polarized, however all the positive reviews had one name in common - Elton. my Check engine light came on, first time in 15 years, so I asked for him specifically. He explained the process in detail, showing me the exact car parts under the hood (I'm car illiterate). He called shortly after with an esitimate & picked me up for a test drive, to get a better understanding of the issues I've experienced while driving. We negotiated the price, he went as far as showing me area estimates for comparison too. Return was delayed as they did not feel that one part was "good enough", something I have never heard and speaks to quality! Elton is a great manager and person, I am happy to have chosen them and will recommend them gladly, in this area. I am from PA, where labor is more than half the cost, but in this area thy are definitely the best I have encountered!
