Ridiculous Suggestions

I went in for a regular oil change and I got the call with suggested 3 different flushes that added up to $719. None of the flushes are necessary, especially on a vehicle with 50k miles. They will obviously take advantage of a woman and suggest unnecessary things in order to make a buck.

Horrible Service!

Brought in Ford Explorer for a oil change. 2 hours later service manager comes to me and says they are having a difficult time finding an oil filter. Really?? Sad service. I will not go there again

Well trained and attentive staff from the manager Elton, both Chris', Mel and all the way to the tire rack. Rob's attention to detail is clear in the staff's performance. With his continued participation, the store will continue to lead. It is also clear the staff respects and responds to Rob's vast experience. Rob is a true resource that inspires customers to come from great distances for his honesty, attention to detail and warm approach.

Did great work as usual but evidently missed doing the Courtesy Check as my battery was dead the next day.

Deceptive service practices

I brought my BMW for oil change. I left the car as the mechanic was going to check the car and call me. He called saying there are a lot of leaks and the engine oil will be draining, he gave me an estimate for $3216.00I said I will pick up the car for a second opinion. When I went to pick it up. They said they already poured the oil. Poured to a profusely leaking engine and charged me close to $90.
