Not the greatest
Had an oil change scheduled for 2pm, granted I was a few mins late. However, the cashier (Reda) was very rude towards me. Explained to him that my engine light came on a few days ago and I wanted my car briefly looked over. I knew with an oil change, there's a courtesy check for the car. Reda proceeded to tell me it would be $120 for the check. Told him I'd like only the oil change. While waiting and walking around for over 2 hours, I finally went back to check on my car. It was done but I never received a call. Reda checked me out, and told me my charges. Told him that I received a holiday email from Hogans and Sons for $20 off any $40 service/maintenance. He claimed he didn't know of any coupon like that. Showed it to him on my phone. He stated he couldn't honor it since it was on my phone. Told him and showed him that it says right on the coupon, print or show on phone. He then claimed it was because my phone was an android not an apple phone. I've never had problems here before
