Oil change

I always go to this location for past 3 yrs because I like the customer service here but this time not sure there was a new manger and with very bad customer service and I dont feel like going back to this location again! I got the oil change package and whenever I go no one ever asked me for package paper.. this time Manger was very rude and asking me to provide the papers for the package. He did changed the oil and talked to very rudely and told me that I declined to check on some stuff so we won't check. I would not recomand this place to any one any more!

And the best part is that I paid over $400 for an alignment and the steering wheel STILL is turned to the left to keep the truck straight. Centered the truck drifts right. And this is after TWO attempts to get the alignment right. So, basically, I could have aligned it better in my garage using the string method. $400 wasted.
