2-tire replacement was efficient & quick. However, the service mgr. should have offered to replace the damaged tire without charge, since he was aware we had the road-hazard warranty from Sept 2017. Hogan's ultimately did honor the warranty claim.

Check-up

Brought car in for routine servicing. Received a thorough check-up, had needed work completed and was home in less than two hours. Honest evaluation of needed work.

Edson is the best

Edson manages this repair shop very well; they fix cars fast; the repairs last, they are respectful. It's a good experience overall.

OK but could be better

Something is rattling in the car that did not rattle before the oil change. Daughter has car in another town now & must find another place to get the noise checked. Very friendly service & fine otherwise, but customers should be vigilant for the "upsell" items. I did have to remind them that the car gets synthetic oil - they were going to use the regular stuff.

We have used Hogan & Sons for over 25 years. When it comes to tires, alignments, or anything related to wheels and suspension, we don't trust anyone else with our cars. The staff members are knowledgeable, courteous and professional and the technicians well-qualified. We can count on quick service, competitive pricing, and quality parts. In our most recent visit, Ray B. was very helpful in sorting out a Goodyear credit card issue. But Brandon and Edson are also equally customer-oriented. I would recommend the Goodyear credit card to potential customers. On qualifying purchases, it offers a 6-months interest-free payment plan, as long as you pay off the balance within six months. You then also get notified of specials and coupons. This helps keep costs reasonable. If you are looking for a highly reliable auto repair business in/near the City of Fairfax, give Hogan & Sons a try.
