why the upcharge
last time oil wad changed on exact car, thete was no oil filter upcharge....why this time? didnt see this until I got called. it pretty much cancelled out my coupon. I'll call to clear this up, otherwise everything went okay

I typically like to take my car to Hogan & Sons for an oil change because I feel they do a good job & I like to take advantage of their coupons. This time, however, I felt more pressure was applied to get the more expensive one, so maybe their tactics have changed. I did go ahead & do it, but once I said yes to that, then I was shown a list of lots of other things I should have done, if I want my car to last. I will rethink if I will go back there again. Ive gone for many years but maybe its time for a change.

First of all, Brandon is a ROCKSTAR! Every company needs a Brandon! He's patient, helpful, courteous and thorough. Every time I've visited this store I've felt welcome and don't feel like I'm being ripped off.The one thing I would recommend is to actually ask the customer if they wish to have a courtesy check done. The past two visits, after signing my receipt for payment (once work is done), I received a receipt which showed that I declined a courtesy check. The problem is I was never asked. As a customer, that's frustrating because they may have found something wrong that I wouldn't otherwise know about.

Shop was 1/2 hour from closing. Met with politeness by Manager, Mr. Chavez in a professional and friendly way. Discussed bets type of tires and purchased what Mr. Chavez recommended (no hard sales). Work was done quickly and efficiently. Great service, great technicians, great shop Manager

Preparation for Winter Season
