New tires oil change and align

Work was completed satisfactorily. I had a 3 PM appointment and my car sat in the parking lot for 30 to 40 minutes before they even started. I expected it would take some time for all that was being done but I think 3+ hours is more than I could tolerate. If they would start at the assigned appointment time it would have been fine. What's the point of making an appointment if it is not maintained.

I take all 4 of my families vehicles to Flynn's for oil changes, inspections and repairs. I always leave there knowing our vehicles are safe and legal.

Tire Rotation

It was a good visit. Drove in unexpected with out appointment and was taken care of with courtesy and respect. Was in and out asap and the the requested service was done to my satisfaction. Thank you Flynns!!
