As always they took care of the problem! Not happy that I had to get another stem put on the tire but good news is.. They have replaced all 4 stems now....I should be good to go ....tire wise!!!!!

Treating people poorly

I went to get my tires mounted Mon. I purchased new rims at 4wd and needed 33's mounted. The service manager fit me in, the tires were off vehicle. The technician (tall skinny guy) complained; "I hate it when people come in late", "it makes me mad when when I have to work when I'm tired", "I hate it when customers complain about scratching their rims", etc... all these comments made me uncomfortable. Upon returning, the technician informed me one rim was scratched out of the box (total lie), brand new. Then he balanced the last tire in front of me, slapping a strip of weights on with out care, sideways. I was then charged 5$ more/tire because it was stated they were too heavy. When I got home 2 balancing strips had fallen off, then more had come off. I tried to put them back on the best I could see. I returned 4/28 and expressed complaint, it was blamed on me. Beads were put in, supposed to be 6-8oz, less were put in. I told them to be careful with lugs they ruined 3. Mad!!

The crew at the Hermitage's location was right on and fixed the problem. We come to find out that there was also a broken left rear shock absorber that will be fixed the week of May 1st.Good job

The Flynn's Tire Company is a family owned business operated by the Flynn family in Mercer County, Pennsylvania. Our founders established a reputation of service and value that continues throughout the organization today. We are a family that really knows the tire and auto service business.

Growing from a single location in Mercer Pennsylvania to 28 total locations in Pennsylvania, Ohio and New York, our company is still expanding. To serve our retail store network, Flynn's Tire Company has four large warehouses strategically located to ensure that a large variety of tire sizes is available for our 19 retail outlets. As a result of our large buying power and network of locations, we have become a distributor of Goodyear, Dunlop, Kelly, Michelin, BFGoodrich, Uniroyal, Hankook, General, Continental, Yokohama, Vogue, Toyo, Pirelli, and more, to other tire retailers, service stations, and car dealers in the Western PA and East/Central Ohio region. Our four Commercial Tire locations service commercial and farm/tractor suppliers and fleets. Additionally, Flynn's Tire Company has a tire retread division to supply truck tires to the motor freight carrier industry.

The Flynn family members all participate in the organization at different levels. However, Flynn's Tire considers all of its associates a part of an extended family and views them as valued members of the team. In fact, we believe we have the most knowledgeable, service-oriented staff anywhere in the tire business. Each and every one of our employees is committed to meeting the needs of our customers.
