This is the same review I always give. The staff was very good and interacted with me in a very positive way. That is one main reason I have been going to Flynn's 2000.
In the past, I have purchased tires from this location. I had my other basic work done by a near by shop. My husband has always gone to Flynn's Tire for all of his basic maintenance. He only used the dealership for warranty purposes. Well, I decided that if he is happy at Flynn's, I don't see why I won't be! So far, so good! I had good customer service, which is very important to me. The supervisor/manager was very helpful and informative. Keep him around!!!
You all are my heroes. You identified the problems and fixed them immediately. You all were very professional/ good PR people. You were very patient with me having my Bunkie bird to sit with me in waiting room. I thank you for excellent service! I will be back for my next oil change and inspection.

I often send my wife or daughters in to get work done. The guys at the Hermitage store always treat my girls with great respect. I know by watching them it isn't just myself and my family. They are respectful of all customers and treat them with professionalism. I can't say enough good about our experiences. Thank you
Got my tires Continental tires replaced with Michelin tires: so much better! Flynn's was great: very friendly and kept me updated with what they were doing.

I had an appointment at 10 am and my car was not taken into the shop until approx. 10:50am and this after I complained. Other customers came and went before me. I have usually had good service before this incident. Why make an appointment if it's not adhered to?
