Flynn's Tire And Auto Service

I was very pleased with my visit to Flynn Tire in Hermitage, the Manager (believe his name was Sean), was very accommodating and professional and addressed my situation to my satisfaction. I would recommend them because everything was handled in a timely manner and I was on my way with the confidence of having four new tires and a front end alignment.

Good and Bad

I thought this would be a simple "in and out" for an annual inspection and tire rotation. Never seems to be the case (as I ended up having to purchase a new tire for it to pass). So my bill was significantly higher than I'd expected walking in the door. Also was really unhappy to note (later upon getting home and looking over the invoice more closely) that I'd been charged some form of Flynn's road/tire care warranty. I certainly did not ask for or approve this charge. Always seem to be paying more than I expect at Flynn's. The employees (from front staff to technicians) were pleasant and friendly (as always). The time in and out was not too bad either. The waiting area is spacious and relatively comfortable.

Very fast and friendly service. Great experience from start to finish. Hermitage flynn's is a great place to go for anything from oil change to complete tune-ups and fluid exchange service. Thanks you hermitage staff for keeping me on the road.

Waited way too long

They do good work but it took them 45 minutes to get my vehicle back to work on when I had a set appointment. Ended up waiting in store for 2.5 hours.
