I always receive excellent service. The guys are always so pleasant with a great smile.
After sitting and waiting for about to hours (even with an appointment) I left only for my awd lock light to come on so I went back to Flynns to find out someone put the wrong size tire (just one) on my suv. They offered not even an apology for the screw up and inconvenice of having to wait again for them to fix their mistake. Very unprofessional! I'm not a happy customer at all!
I have always had good experience at Flynns. They are very courteous, helpful and call with every details about your repair and or any other work. I recommend all of them highly
On my way to PA I felt a slight vibration as I got to Charleston, WV and the vibration was bad the braking started to pulsate. I called my older brother Frank to see if there is some way he could have someone look at my car. The manager Sean said Ian (I think that is the spelling) would look at it. Ian found the problem and in a very apologetic tone not to offend me, he asked if I had recently had an alignment and showed me the nut was not properly tighten down causing the wheel basically to go out of alignment. I say to myself wow he is not some kid out of mechanic school. I asked if I could get this fixed he checked with Sean and they were able to fit me in that day and at 4pm they called my car was ready. I arrived Tony told me the amount and explained every item. Thanks to three employees Sean, Ian and Tony gave me a whole new respect for a company outside of a Lexus dealership maintenance department. In the future Flyn's Tire will be the only place my car will be serviced.
Fair price and good. The only issue I have is that the spin balance was not effective. I am getting a vibration in the steering wheel starting at 65 mph to 70 mph. Will need to bring back for rebalancing.
You guys do a great job! Quick , efficient and neat.
