Wiper repair

Had wipers that kept spraying & turning on. Dobbs fixed module so they quit turning on but broke a plastic piece on sprayer in the process so now they don't spray. They returned the car to me as 'fixed' but didn't bother to check to make sure spray worked. They couldn't have checked because the wiper reservoir was EMPTY!
