I will never bring my car in there ever again. I had my transmission flushed the week before and it ran terrible, then it broke down on me had to have towed for $57 back to you then you fixed whatever was wrong with in the beginning. You would think they would want to keep customers rather than drive away.
Always convenient. Anthony remembers me and even adapts to my warped since of humor. Dobb's Yorkshire has been doing the tires on our cars for 2-3 years and is now doing the maintenance for the last 2. I have been happy with the service!
Once again, after years of service, Dobbs has done it again! From scheduling to repairs, all was done in a fine manner. Especially, as in the past, your service manager, Jim, is an all-star! His willingness to take time to, not only explain the problems, but his ability to make certain that the work was completed as promised, allowed us to be very satisfied.
