My family has been customers of the Dobbs Tire & Auto Center in Yorkshire for years. I've always felt that I could trust the personnel there to treat me fairly, fix my car correctly and if there was anything that I was not satisfied with, they took care of it! I appreciate them.

Once again, the repair that was performed by the Dobbs mechanics was done properly and on time. My respect for the service manager, Jim, could not be greater. Having a mechanic that you can trust is akin to having a doctor that you can trust.

The Dobbs staff members are always welcoming. This time I left a water bottle and my other keys at Dobbs and they secured them for me while our car was inspected and serviced. I really feel Dobbs stand behind their repairs better than any other car repair place weve gone. I wish there were more discounts for seniors as well as for those of us who are repeat customers.

I had this appointment for 6 days. My car was in the shop at 8:10 a.m. and was not returned to me until 7:30 p.m. after I called you about 6:30 p.m. and was told my car was being worked on and almost finished. I was pushed to the back of the line all day for walk-ins, etc. I gave you a typed list of items to check which was not done because you close at 8:00 p.m. I had to call AAA the very next day. I can show you the papers. I was treated with disrespect because I am an "old lady" I am still very upset.

Car wrecked

The visit was awesome as always. Mike Mooney took great care of services that were needed. Other than another person rear ending my car and causing damage to the bumper and passenger side fender. It is in the process of being taken care of. Waiting for adjuster to come and see my car on Friday.

Oil change

Always happy with work. So far have never recommended a service that was really not needed and have told many people this. They also give me coupon if I forgot mine

I have to say that Tom is really a great asset to your team - He made sure I got detailed attention and recommended I have my battery changed just in time for below zero weather! My car would probably not have started this morning if I hadn't taken his advice. Your countermen, Anthony & Mike are two of my favorite people - I will never do business with any other store but this one! Thank you all so much for looking out for me and my old car!! Always great service

Had my Mini in for oil change. They rotated and balanced tires at no charge because I bought them there. They also identified the dirty airfilter which we we had replaced. Car runs great!
