Checkup and Oil change

Fast, courteous and thorough.

Service was fine. It did take over 2 hours for an oil change. Not the end of the world and I understand you guys get busy. I was very unhappy when I looked at my bill and saw a charge for $8.49 for shop supplies and misc over head. Was not told about it. I dont care about $8 but annoyed how it was slipped in there.

Oil Change

Just a routine oil change and replacement of a tail light. Excellent service as always.

I was able to get in the day I called about a problem with a leaky tire. Dobbs found and removed a nail in the tire and had it ready for me in just a few hours.

2 new tires and an oil change

Scheduled the appointment the week before and they got it done well and in a timely fashion. Great shop. They are honest and don't try to oversell but help you decide what's honestly a good plan for your vehicle. Will go back many more times.

I was able to make a next-day appt. to have a new tire put on my car. So glad since it wasn't safe to drive with the old tire.

Battery

My wife's car needed a jump to start, so we took it to Dobbs to be checked. Battery needed to be replaced. Courteous and efficient service as always.
