12 year old teenage kids vehicle. They recommend things for safety and not just to increase revenue. Normally no issues. If there are, it is corrected
Anthony is always so nice and he gave me a discount on oil change. Service was good all around.
Had a brake issue with my car and this store is very convenient. Jim who is always pleasant called me with the estimate, and offered me their anniversary coupon - the final bill ended up being less than what was predicted. Car repairs are a fact of life but at least Dobbs is close, convenient and the guys that work there are terrific.
Fast friendly service
Did not remember to put bolts Back on after they did work. Car made noise after until we realized what happened. Then dobbs said they must have all got loose and fell off. They did not take responsibility, but did fix problem.
Even though Dobbs did not have the needed part in stock, it was ready the next morning. When I arrived, they were waiting to work on my vehicle and get me back on the road. They took less time than they had anticipated. Happy customer!!
Consistently good service.
I needed an oil change and new front tires in addition to a warranty replacement of the power steering pump. The service was done well and the car was ready on time. We depend on Dobbs to keep a 12 year old car running dependably.
went for an annual inspection and after finding an issue with my truck, managed to make the repair and still get my vehicle done in the time promissed
