The manager is not as friendly as the previous managers, he never wants to give discounts to senior citizens. He is very moody with people of color. I would not recommend anyone to Dobbs as long as he is the manager.

Good service as always but I have a concern that has never risen before. You staff may be overselling and pushing into the unethical -- says my gut. As a family we have trusted every dollar of maintenance to Dobbs for many cars and trucks over the past 10 years or so. You can audit this. My most recent purchases have been filled with fear pushed sales and I believe the basis was not there. In each case it was tire wear scare with the same verbage used each time. Steel belts were coming through the sidewalls and all the tires must be replaced. I dismissed it on my own experience but my wife pulled the trigger on new tires twice in the last month on this one. I am the son of a professional mechanic and grew up in a garage and it did not agree with the Dobbs assessment but my wife had already pulled the trigger. Going forward I will not send my family in without going in myself, and or we will begin looking at other more trustworthy options.

Went as normal, I bring it in. They call when ready, I pick it up. No problems, no hassle. Perfect

Took my car in for regular oil change and tire rotation.All was well except for 2 things: they didn't call me until 8pm when they were closed to tell me my car was ready. Also, when I got my car the next day the battery was dead and they had to jump it.
