Requested check engine light service. I was told the code indicated a misfire in one of the cylinders. Dobbs recommended a $600-plus service to replace the spark plugs and complete an air induction service. I took the vehicle to a local shop that said the issue was likely a bad solenoid. They swapped the solenoid on the suspect cylinder to help isolate the problem. The local shop also said that replacing the plugs was not needed and would not have resolved the original issue that caused the check engine light. The total charge for the local shop was less than a third of what Dobbs charged me just to diagnose the check engine light. I'll go to Dobbs for oil changes and tires. However, they will no longer get my business for any major issues with my vehicle.
Had an unexpected tire blow out requiring all new tires the same day. Ben an Doug were amazing and very helpful. They were able to squeeze my vehicle in and I was able to get back on the road in no time.Their professionalism and kindness is much appreciated! Great customer service!
I got four new tires at the best price I could find in town. It only took about an hour so my truck was ready after I finished lunch at the restaurant next door. I was quite satisfied and I would recommend them to my friends.
I made appointment and when I got there they took care of my oil change and tire rotation right away. Also told me I needed a new air filter which I got.
Install a soda machine, not everyone drinks coffee.
