Your Mechanic took time to come to the front and explain what happened to my car. He even took time to call the dealership to make sure that a repair I had done the previously was not connected to this issue and to see if it was under warranty. I appreciate the time he took.
Fast and friendly service. Trailer was ready way ahead of original estimated time.
Doug and crew did a great job with getting my car in at the end of the day for a much needed oil change. Doug is pleasant and professional and treats me like a person and not just a number or another customer off the street.

My vehicle was worked on in a timely and professional manner and the managers explained all that was needed clearly.
Had to go back the next day because of to put on the hanging skid plate. Evidently when they were buttoning up the truck, they forgot a bolt , or did not tighten it up and it caused me to go back before it fell off or hit another car or truck or possibly killed a person.
