Was told that it would be 44.96 then they charged 77.96 I thought the tire rotation was included he didn't say it would be separate I did the gold package I very had quite a bit of work done with you guys just dissatisfied not being told the rotation was extra

I stopped in for a customer Appreciation Day and realized I needed an oil change....they were able to fit me in and had my vehicle...IN, UP, FIXED and OUT in a flash! It was not my usual store but they had all my details and treated me great! THANKS Dobbs!!!
Person working behind counter Saturday morn. 6/4 ( @ Waterloo, IL location) was dismissive and basically ignored my questions regarding a problem with my tire when I picked my truck up. I am a long time customer and usually have very good experience there.

After exerpiencing difficulty with my car while on a trip, I stopped at the Dobbs Tire & Auto on Rte 3 in Waterloo Il. They correctly determined what needed to be done to fix my car & made the repair in a resonable amount of time at a reasonable rate. The staff was courteous & helpful. I would recommend that store to others.
