Inspection done well, however the estimates for required repair was twice that by a reputable BMW service center.Either inexperience or purposeful overstatement of repair cost. Reminder - the culture of an organization begins at the top! Needs review?
It was the first time I brought my van into Dobbs. They completed the service in a short time for a good price.
overall great service, but tech ruined the center caps on the alloy wheels. They left grease on the wheels that I had to clean up. I feel like the work was not inspected when finished. When I went back Manager was polite and said they would submit a insurance claim. Been doing business there for 10 years. Been good but this work was sloppy. Wayne Olomon
Very professional and friendly.
As part of the inspection, the manager identified that one tire had worn beyond safe levels. When I asked to see the tire, which was still on the vehicle, he took me to the shop area and I was able to visually see the wear and safety concern. A second tire was also badly worn. Because of a "buy 3 get one free" promotion I decided to replace all 4 tires as the other two tires were approaching wear limits. The manner in which the safety issue was identified and explained was professional and there was no pressure to buy four tires. Well done!

Walked in and was promptly checked in and serviced. I was out in less than 1/2 hour. I experienced the usual prompt and friendly service that typifies Dobbs / Sulpher Springs. A+++++ service.
Staff was awesome. Got me in right away to plug a tire.
PIN/SCREW IN TIRE TREAD, AT A SLIGHT ANGLE. STAFF SAID ANGLE PREVENTED IT FROM BEING PLUGGED. I HAVE MY DOUBTS, BUT TRUST MY GUYS THAT TAKE CARE OF ME, SO I BOUGHT NEW TIRE, EVEN THOUGH MINE WAS LESS THAN 18 MONTHS OLD.
I have been servicing my cars at the Ballwin location on Sulphur Spring Road for more than 25 years. Love the fix forever warranty.
