Jon was great. I came in on Wednesday afternoon with the tire pressure sensor light on, he had someone check the pressures. My passenger rear tire was low, they topped off only to be back on Thursday as I was leaving for a job interview. I took my husbands car to the interview then we dropped the car at Dobbs before I was off to interview 2. Jon recommended a long lasting tire with mount, balance, road hazard, & rotation for the life of the tire. I have worked for car dealerships for years, Jon gave me dealership or higher customer service. (Oh, and I got I the job from interview 2)

Excellent service

I had rear brakes/brake fluid/oil change done, all to perfection. Also free tire rotation and balance, as I had bought my Continental DWS tires at Dobbs previously. I checked with them on Thursday, and made an appointment for Saturday morning. Everything was wrapped up by that afternoon. Oh, and they took 110% off of the brake job automatically, to match their August coupon. I'm very satisfied!

Always helpful

I have never come here without the most helpful and friendly service. They never try to pull anything over on me. They make suggestions which I usually go home to learn about before making a decision. They always seem good about it. As a single older woman, I appreciate their supportive and reliable help.

Fast and friendly

I always bring my car to this Dobbs for service. I use their coupons, so the price is good, and I get in and out quickly. Very courteous and friendly personnel.

New Battery

I was about to go to an appointment when my battery was dead. Chris at the Tree Top shop got me a new battery within a few hours. He and John have been great to work with. They always take care of me - thanks!

Service great, Ads no so great

I went to get an oil change, with synthetic oil, and a tire rotation. Looked on the internet the night before and saw a coupon for $15 off $49.99 and another ad had a free tire rotation. We dropped the car off the night before, I didn't tell them to call before the work was done to make sure of the cost and when I went to pick up my car the oil change was more and the tire rotation was definitely not Free. (I live in Alabama but am in Stl helping my daughter who is sick). It cost me $95 when I could have gotten the oil change and tire rotation for $35. Dobb's had great customer service and the work was done quick but for the difference in price, I will not be getting my oil changed there again. I would recommend Dobbs to others but would have them check out the advertising first.

Awesome staff!!

Walk in toss my keys to the guys and Joe gets me a ride home. Vehicle is completed before time asked to have it ready. Very happy with my local Dobbs!!
