Recent brake repair
Approximately 18 months ago (October, 2017) we had parts of our front brakes replaced. I was under the impression that replacement parts carried a life-time warranty, but these carried a 2 year or 24,000 mile warranty. The end result was that our repair cost $772. I feel we were misled as I believe your commercials and website state "fixed forever" although your website does state "some repairs". It has become a constant "we recommend this or that" yet when I take it elsewhere (to verify the "this or that") they do not find the same issues. It has become a huge headache to deal with this. We returned for the brakes assuming it was a life time warranty. It's been a learning experience...or should I say a costly learning experience.

Our Ballwin Dobbs on Sulphur Springs Rd is the very best Dobbs there is. The staff are always very nice, reliable, and try hard to please their customers. They do not try to find new things wrong with your car so they can charge more. They are the best there is! We would never take our car anywhere else!

Oil change/Tire rotation
Good morning - I have been using you guys at this location for many years and I am always satisfied with the service and the level of trust I have. The only thing that bothered me this time was my service engine light came on on my way to drop it off. I was informed there would be extra time and an additional charge of $125 (or something close to that) to simply review that. I know I can take it to AutoZone and they will do it for free. Would have liked to have had that looked at as a courtesy for being a long time customer. Otherwise, will continue to come there and recommend.
