Visited for routine oil change and tire rotation and balance. After service, truck shook severely down the highway. Returned to location, 3 of the 4 tires were never balanced after weights had been removed--this should never happen.

Drove to Dobb's in Brentwood with tire losing air. Left the car, and the tire was repaired in about two hours. So far so good, although the tire pressure had dropped from 33 to 32 since Saturday.

Got 4 tires, alignment (and rods) for one car with some discounts and no problems. However, today when I went to use my windshield wipers, one of them flew off. Then when it was put back on it turned out to be the wrong size in the first place so a replacement was added and works! This could have been dangerous in a rainstorm on the highway.

Low tire pressure warning ligh
My wife had this warning light appear twice in two weeks. I arrived at 7AM and asked to wait. In about one hour, I was told the problem was a tire bead leak which was repaired. I appreciated the rapid turn around.
