I had two recent visits to this Dobbs location. The first visit I thought the staff I dealt with discussing the car issues was a little abrupt and the repair value was good but standard and nothing special in value. The second visit I dealt with anothoer staff member who friendlier and but about the same for value. Still, I felt the work was done and the price was fair, fi not a great deal. Generally for standard repairs, I will still use various Dobbs locations.

After new tires, balance and alignment, the car handled beautifully all the way to Vermont with 2 dogs, a cat and a teenager. Thanks for getting us in before we left!

I went in for the tire rotation was told I needed a new tire, since I had so much trouble with the Maplewood Dobbs store I was reluctant to buy a tire again from Dobbs. I did end up buying a new tire just to save money since I had the road warranty. But I think you should know the Maplewood story: I was putting air in my Dobbs tires once a month. The techs in Maplewood told me it was normal to put air in my tires every month. It may be normal to CHECK them once a month but not PUT AIR IN THEM ONCE A MONTH. I went to Brentwood to see what they had to say. The Brentwood techs said I needed new sensors $380. Firestone rebuilt the kit that goes around the sensor for $120. Problem solved - no more filling tires once a month.

Exceptional Service

This Dobbs location is great. My battery died and I was stranded. I got a jump from my neighbor and then I contacted the location and spoke to Tony who was just awesome! It was 1 hour until closing and he assured me that he could help me. I got there, it took less than 20 minutes and I was back on the road. This place is great. Thank you sooo much, you saved the day!
