My service was prompt, quick, and pleasant. I was a walk-in and Dobbs accommodated me same-day. And charged me a reasonable price for the service. Can't ask for more!
My tire pressure sensor indicated low tire pressure in one of my tires. Your tech found a bead leak and seems to have sealed it I appreciate the honest attempt to repair rather than saying I needed a new tire.
Dropped vehicle off and was completed before time promised!! Prices were better than dealer and many other shops, services are top notch!!

I scheduled an appt for four new tires at 10am. I was told it would take only 1- 1 1/2 hours. they didn't take my car until 10:30, and were finished until 12:00. for most of the time it was in the service area, it was unattended. why make an appt if hey don't plan to take it on time and work on it until completed. it also seems like they are more interested in selling the customer more "stuff" instead of servicing our cars.

Staff is friendly and informative. Everything was done in a timely manner. Went there for a tire installation and drove away with confidence; they did a great job!
$201 for a battery, $30 to install??? If it took your technician 20 minutes to install they need to find a new career!! Up until this trip I have done this myself, but as this is the first time my battery light came on, the battery was only 18 months old and my 18 year old car still has the original alternator, there was a VERY good chance it was something my then a battery. And then, I went to my car that had been left unlocked, the radio turned up all the way, and the heat on full. To top off the entire experience, my battery light came BACK on the next day.
I dropped my Buick Lacrosse off to have it checked in advance of driving to Detroit. I asked to have the oil changed even though the life showed 27%. I also had a long standing sidewall cut. I ended up with two new tires and alignment.
