After getting in my car from my oil change.1. They left trash in my car2. They did not put a new sticker in my window3. They left broken wires on my passenger seat. This is was NOT a good experience at all

Car Did Not Start

Ran system analysis. Result Showed bad"Angle Sensor" (PC263). Installed new part ordered from HONDA. Warranty flat tire repair. Technician used correct diagnostic software to find and fix the problem. I was very satisfied how to find and fix the problem.

2013 Silverado at Plaza 21

I needed four tires specifically cooper tires for my 2013 Silverado truck. I was hoping to get a sale of buy 3 get 4th free. The salesman MWE used rebates, matching prices and other discounts to get the price close to the buy 3 get one free price. I also requested an oil change and needed alignment.Though I had made an appointment and was told that I should be in ant out within an hour and a half, I was there nearly three 3 hours, due to the alignment. MWE kindly discounted the alignment cost. Despite the delay, I feel I was treated fairly and appreciated MWE working with my budget.
