A flat tire was not how I wanted to start my Saturday morning but Dobbs always makes what could be a frustrating experience easy and much more bearable. Thank you!

They worked on my car, took me home and picked me up when my car was ready and it was ready at the time it was promised.

8/27/16 Oil Change

The service at this particular location has always been fantastic. However, on this visit, I did not appreciate the technician telling someone on the personal phone call he received while checking me in that "he wasn't doing anything much". In fact, I found it rather insulting and don't believe he realized how badly that sounded to me, the customer he was helping at the time. I also was annoyed that the "maintenance required" light was not deactivated after the oil was changed, and that the same technician could not figure out how to do it when I picked my car up later that day (my husband did it after I arrived home). I realize that each car is probably different, but I was already irritated with this particular employee from earlier that morning. Thank you for listening!

HURRY OIL CHANGE

Did not due a good oil change. Didn't put the dip stick all the way into the tube,where it belongs. Didn't check all the fluids and refill.
