Too expensive, will have to find a cheaper place to have my 2003 Jeep Liberty repaired. Service is good, just too expensive.

2007 Camry two tire sensors.Price was high but servicewas excellent!!Have been a customer for over 25 years and plan on continuing doing businesswith Dobbs on Tesson Ferry.

Oil change

Made an appointment for an oil change. My car was taken and serviced on time. The service rep was professional & courteous. Facility was clean.

State inspection

They were able to get me in on a Saturday without an appointment. Just failed for wipers which were only two months old. Didn't have time to argue but they only charged $20 to replace both. Just your typical up sell from a chain shop.

1/16/16 service

Telling me that my wiper is torn is great, but trying to sell me one is not appreciated. Also, I was a bit ticked that the paper floor mat used by the tech to move my car from the bay to a parking space left the mat in the car.

Road Hazard coverage

I was told by the Shiloh IL location back in Sept when they repaired a tire (I actually bought an additional new tire as well) that my new tire would be completely covered by road hazard if something would happen. Well, I had another flat tire last week with the new tires Dobbs sold me and I was charged a rebated amount instead of a fully covered tire. They were misleading at the time of sale about the coverage and the manager at the Shiloh location was not willing to help and told me I was wrong.
