Over and Beyond
The location on Tesson Ferry was great. The staff was warm and friendly. While my car was being serviced, they made sure the brief wait I had was a pleasurable one. I asked for coffee, and they said they will do one better. They called in a chef to make waffles and pancakes. Yummy but I didn't really need all that. Wow! While I was waiting after that delicious meal I asked if I could watch TV and they said we can do better than that. They flew in Samuel Jackson and....yes! John Travolta, on a private plane, and they both reinacted my favorite scene from the movie Pulp Fiction. Live ! In the waiting room! Awesome! After that award winning performance, I had to sit down. The store manager, Danny, yelled at me and asked why am I sitting in a hard chair. He then yelled at his staff and ordered them to bring me a leather seat recliner from Rothman. Mine to keep! I said all this for an oil change? With a beverage in hand, a short time later I asked the staff how are the Cardinals doing? They said let's find out!!Big mistake because they immediately took another customers Ferrari (oil change too I guess) and drove me to Busch Stadium. Apparently Dobbs has a Watch the Game From Home Plate program while you wait for an oil change. Awesome! Is this a dream? So yes I got a police escort to Busch Stadium. Dobbs also has a program with the Highway a Patrol because we took the Ferrari up to 140 mph. We got to Busch Stadium fast. After the game was over the staff who escorted me to the awesome ball game (cards won) brought me back and my car was waiting and ready. Do I need to mention my car was detailed and waxed and I got free stereo system installed. Saying this was a great experience would be an understatement.
