went in for a routine oil change. Asked the guys to look for a front-end rattle bothering me for months. Cody found it within couple of minutes...tightened down the culprit.,..no charge. Thanks guys...you did a great job...that's why I come to this store...

Repair work

I was told what needed to be done and that it would take about 5 hours so I made an appointmnet for 9/20/17. I dropped my van off by 8:00am,expecting it back about 1 or 2pm. I ended up getting it back at 6:30pm. I wish I would have know it would take 10 hours because I could have made other plans. Even when I called at 2:00 wi was not told it would be another 4-5 hours, just that repairs were done any my car had to be put back together.The work itself is fine, I am very pleased with that. My van seems to run smother and the breaks are much betterI will return but next time I have to have work done, I will question the time estimate more.
