Quote on one part was 31% less than billed cost. Also had battery checked and did not get call as to problem or estimate of cost of replacement options. Is this new company policy?!!!
Did a good job on my car and my daughter's.I like i can pull up anytime and get air that is dried put in my tires.

Change your hours on your website...It says your open on Sundays. I called 4 locations in St.Charles County an know one answered the phone. I bought tires at Auto tire.
They fix my flat tire along with flushing Radiator & Transmission at economy price and in timely manner. They were very courteous and recommended future maintenance items the vehicle needs. I
Had my oil changed and tires rotated. The guys up front were very helpful and the guys in the shop were very professional. I will definitely be back and recommend this location to all my friends and family.

My daughter had brought her car in for repair on Saturday, June 18th, 2016. She brought it home and was not fixed. The next day she brought it in again and it was fixed. It was the same area that was not fixed but they charged her even more. I thought that was ridiculous and it seems like we are getting more and more diappointed with the service and how they fix the cars we bring in to Dobbs. the costomer service is getting poor as well. We would like to see this improve.
