Mixed review. E. brake locked on a Sat night near Dobbs. Able to get car there but no brake service on Sunday. Had to wait until Monday for service. Told that the lock up was from freezing temp. Told rear brakes needed rotors and pads. Consented to repair. Picked up car and brake continued to drag even with warmer temp. Took car back and brake freed up. I was told there was nothing else they could do. So now I have to take the car to the dealer who will charge me for something that Dobbs should have been able to take care of.People nice but I still have the problem and will be further inconvenienced charged.
Awesome service awesome employees fair prices and warranted quality..bring all cars there for 25 yes now...what's not to like????
Was in a pinch with my car battery and of course called Dobbs. From the time I called to the time it was changed and I was back home was under an hour!! Can't beat that!!
I brought my MGB in because I could not get the fill plug out of the rear differential to fill it with oil after replacing the axles. Needed a lift for 5 minutes to break fill plug loose, and fill with oil. I was charged for a full "differential servicing", when no such thing was performed. A ripoff, in my opinion.

Made an appointment for the Fall Special- oil change, tire rotation and wheel alignment inspection. I was scheduled for 8 am. They took me in right away and everything was completed by 8:40am, however, they told me the guy that does the alignment doesn't come in until 9 am. Why would you schedule me for 8am and then make me wait for the 9am person to come in to finish the job? Ended up needing the wheel alignment so that was additional cost and time. I would always recommend this site as the people are friendly and were apologetic and the prices are good. Just a bit aggravating.
