Impeccable service from everyone involved. The guys behind the counter were very knowledgeable and helpful. Pricing was great. Less than 90 minutes to get 4 new tires and alignment. Even the mechanic who pulled my truck out was super nice and answered a few of my questions. I highly recommend this company.

Took my car because the check engine light was on, and I braced myself because that always means $$$. I was pleasantly surprised that the cost wasn't nearly as much as I thought it would be, and I was really happy because whatever the Dobbs' technicians did to fix the check engine light also fixed the nasty shaking that my car has been doing for the past year. I had previously been told by a dealership that nothing would fix the shaking, so I was surprised.
Came in Because there was hesitation when accelerating when the engine was cold. The service manager suggested a tune up since I had a transmission flush earlier this year. Have had no trouble since.
I had tires rotated and 4 wheel alignment. The tires were not aired to proper inflation so when I got home I aired them up. The car seems to pull hard to the left. I was going to give it a couple of days and drive on different roads but it seems to drift to the left.
People were friendly, polite, and very informative.
you located the issue of the problem, solved the problem and called me to pick it up. I hate how when I am talking to a Dobbs customer service rep behind the counter and they take phone calls over a client in front of them... Rude
I bought a set of tires in December 2016 and managed to get a screw in one. I knew Dobb's had a warranty but honestly didn't expect too much, especially since running over a screw is my fault, not a product defect. I called up there and arranged to drop it off later in the week and pick up the following day. Dobb's had my vehicle ready an hour earlier than I needed it and they fixed my flat, balanced and rotated my tires, and did it all for no charge since it was covered! I will definitely continue to buy my tires from Dobbs.

I had an appointment on 12/16 at 11:00 am. My truck was in n time and I was done within 45 minutes. Great job guys!!
