My daughter had a flat and was stuck on the side of the road. I took her ruined tire to Dobbs in High Ridge. They ask me how I was and I told them it was up to them based on how fast they could get agood used tire on the rim from my daughter stuck at the moment on the side of the road. Needs improvement

Not happy with how long I had to wait. I was told it would be about 45 mins.Ended up being there almost 2 hours. Completely unacceptable for an oil change!Always had good luck and service at the Manchester/141 location.
