very unprofessional, will not spend 1 dime there again, came in on a tire we drove 250 miles on yet i had to leave on a doughnut tire on a brand new car!!!!! hazzard ins is a scam so is dobbs

Prepare for a long wait

I made an appt for an emissions test and 1 hour 40 min later I was getting my car back - with an appointment - they wanted to rotate tires. Not right now. Ok five min and your car will be ready. 20 min later I go to check and the man at the front desk went to check on it and they then pulled it out of the bay so I could have it back. Its not the first time its happened. My son in law and his business (Piros signs) uses them and I guess because they provide alot more business to them they don't get this kind of service. Frustrating.

Only problem was i could not get back to pick up the car before 8pm so I asked that the door be left unlocked and to place the key under floor mat....the key was left in the ignition !!!

Do yourself a favor and do not take your vehicle to these incompetent people people they will tear your vehicle apart and act like you did something to it please do not take it to Dobbs

Oil change and tire rotation

I am VERY disappointed. Over the years I have tried to ignore the negative things told to me by friends, family and former employees of Dobbs. I have had bad experiences prior but Dobbs always seemed to make it right. Well, unfortunately for Dobbs those negative experiences have become an issue. I feel the need to let upper management aware. My free time is very limited to spend at Dobbs.
