Service - Vehicle

I scheduled an Oil change, emissions, tire rotation, alignment, and requested new Wiper Blades. All services were performed with the exception of the Wiper Blades. I returned on Monday the 7th to have them replaced. It was an inconvenience, but the Blades were replaced in under 20 minutes.

Over Charged

My wife was charged $66.71 for an oil change. My truck uses a synthetic oil blend and an extra quart of oil but that does not explain the cost. The Ford Dealer and Express Lube charge $43.12 and 39.63 for the exact same service. The manager tried to justify the price by saying they use Valvoline Oil. I believe they took advantage of her because she was a woman and not familiar with auto service.
