I think you charge to much for additional quart oil. 6 dollars for quart really valvoline only charge 3 dollars and auto tire only charge around 3 dollars . I'm give 3 over all because charging to much for addition quart oil.

Held up on Warranty

I had to take my truck in to have shocks and struts checked that were placed on my truck in 2012. The mileage was within the warranty. After the tech and manager observed the shocks, they replaced them for free and upheld the warranty. No questions asked due to the faulty shock. The were pleasant to work with and the staff treated me as a valued customer.

Cooper tire - buy 3 get 3 free

We ran into the Dobbs in High Ridge on 10/31 as we had planned on taking advantage of the Cooper Buy 3 get 1 free tire deal and realized the day before that it was over on 10/31. We've used this sale for the 3rd year in a row to replace the tires on our 3 vehicles. Very nice gentleman waited on us. Our tires weren't at that location but he said he could have them in Monday or Tues. We paid for the tires the same day so that we could get the deal.
