Alignment and balance

I was having issues with our 1948 Chevy truck and decided to take it into Dobbs in Edwardsville to have it looked at. Terry and the entire crew at Dobbs really went above and beyond on the truck to where it's now driving straight and no vibrations. I have been going to Dobbs in Edwardsville for over 20 years now, they always take care of me and I walk away knowing my vehicles are well taken care of.

Manger - Terry Is AMAZING

I have been going to this location for years, and I go there for ONE reason.....Terry Leichsenring. From when he was a service manager to now a store manager Terry gives his ALL to customers as well as his staff. After discussing all options with Terry as I have a 2007 Jeep with almost 300,000 miles on it I wasnt sure about getting tires that would not be cost efficient, but I didnt want to under purchase and lose quality. Terry went over all options and I feel good about my choice. Thank you to Dobbs for promoting from within when its well deserved.

1st experience with this store

My experience was great. I travel out of town Mon- Fri. I brought my car in on Friday night. Andy made sure my vehicle was ready on a Saturday even with needing to order my parts so I would have it to head out of town on Monday. This is my first experience with the Edwardsville team since I moved from St. Louis and had been with the Oakville store for 15 years. I felt right at home with Andy's team. Professional, responsive and good communication.

Tire Alignment

Went in for a front tire alignment. After getting my car back tires were still quite out of alignment. This results in the car still pulling to the right and vibrations while driving (the reason for my original visit).

Great overall experience.

Tony was great to speak with; he and the crew got my tire replaced quickly, and I will definitely go back to them first when I need tire service.

Trailer tire replacement

Great service!!! Dropped tire off, went out to dinner and got a call the tire was done before receiving my appetizer.
