As usual, the crew at Dobbs did an excellent job. Getting my appointment, greeting on arrival, great timely work, and good explanation of work upon departure. Couldn't be better.
Chris and Terry have always been very helpful. With the number of vehicles I've taken to their store over the years, it's nice to be able to count on them to take care of me.
I asked the attendant to check the cabin filter and under hood filter and my coolant in addition to rotating my tires. Filters were dirty and needed replaced and coolant temperature was good. He gave me a price for new filters so I had them replaced. Attendant was very pleasant to work with and service was very good as always.
I was disappointed that an additional option was not offered to me about oil drain plug being stripped before I decided on the service! No sticker was placed on my windshield for future service reminder! The store did complete work in 1 day.
