The "Crew" at this store got me in quickly, made the repairs efficiently, and sent me on my way smiling. The folks at this particular Dobb's are fabulous.
I would normally schedule a large job but my brakes started making very loud noises so I knew I couldn't drive the car anymore. I dropped off at Dobbs around 3pm on a Friday with no demands for it before Monday. It ended up needing brakes/rotors on both axles and much to my surprise, they had it done by 3pm on Saturday. Also did an oil change and some other minor work. Car is back to the way it should be with minimal downtime. Thanks to Terry and his staff.
My toyota was due for its 30000 mile maintenance/check. I made an appointment. On the morning of the appointment, I was greeted warmly by the desk staff. My car was taken into the bay, the service was performed. they checked my alignment and was able to adjust the alignment while I waited. This is the service that I have come to expect from this location. Terry the manager, is top notch and so is his staff. Thank you for taking care of my car.

Tires were replaced and front end alignment was done. Courteous staff answered my questions while I waited. The wait was shorter than I anticipated.
