My Toyota Highlander has an oil change and the cabin filter needed to be changed too. The technician left the dirty filter on my passenger seat, the glove box was left askew and these was grime and oil on the seat.

I brought our car in for an oil change and ended up having to bring it back for more work- in the end it all worked out!

Review

It took way too long. I had a 9 am appointment yet my car wasn't brought in until after 10. What's the point of an appointment if I still have to wait forever for my car to be worked on.

front end noise

replaced the rt ft hub bearing. while car was on the lift, they also replaced the lt ft hub bearing under warranty as it was also going bad. they went the extra distance to provide great service.

recent visit

they were quick to get me back in, but belt has started squealing again. so.....not fixed still.

We've been going to Dobbs in Edeardsville for over twenty years now and Terry Leichsenring is the main reason we do. Terry always takes time out of his busy day to help us out and makes us feel welcome. I always tell my friends and family to go to Dobbs because of Terry and his teams knowledge and skills.
