I am very pleased with the work that was done and the charges for that work seems to be very reasonable compared to the same service provided by my dealership in the past. I was expecting a call the same day of drop off with information about the cost of the services and the actual service needed. I had to call three times to finally get that information and it was the following day when I finally got that information. This means that they had my car for 24 hours before they even looked at it and seemed surprised that I was upset about that. I expected better customer service and I was disappointed about the way that was handled. If you can't look at my car the same day then tell me that! Don't make me call you 3 times to figure out what is going on. I will probably never drop my car off again for service, apparently you take that to mean I don't need that vehicle. It was a courtesy to your staff for me to leave my car. I want do that again.

Excellent staff and service

Dropped off my van for brake check. The guys are always friendly, courteous and professional (and patient if you are not sure how to explain the problem!) My van needed more repairs than anticipated & everything was explained very clearly what was needed & approximate cost along with pros/cons of waiting til later. Very pleased I was never told "it HAD to be done then" which I have been told at other places. Was kept informed of progress & called when done. Have never had a "bad experience" at this Dobbs location and have always been treated with respect by all the staff I have come in contact with.
