I brought in my vehicle for oil change, tire rotation, and front end alignment. When I picked it up they told me the tire rotation took care of the pulling to the right, so no alignment needed. Trustworthy.

I am a long term, multi-vehicle, customer of the Edwardsville Dobbs store. I feel very confident in their services and advice given for maintaining my vehicles in safe operating condition. Chris Fisk was particularly helpful on this recent ocassion. From the top (Terry) on down, the staff has always been courteous and efficient. I believe they make recommendations for vehicle service on the basis of maintain my vehicles properly, not to just add on more costs. Good people!
The team at Dobbs are the best. They don't sell you what you don't need and are always courteous and friendly. They do what they can to help you out! I wouldn't take my car any where else for service.

I have been using Dobbs for tires and auto maintenance for years. The Edwardsville store is phenomenal - from Terry to his customer reps to the mechanics - and this last visit was no exception. I had a rear turn signal light go out and I needed their help in replacing the bulb. They were very, very busy and it was late afternoon, so I understandably expected to wait for a considerable time. Surprisingly, the customer service rep took it upon himself to replace the bulb for me. Through his personal initiative and exemplary service, I was able to drive out of there in under 30 minutes with my problem resolved! Honestly, it wasn't all that surprising as I've received service like this for years from this particular store. That's why I give them my business.
The oil change went well. They rotated my tires for free. I also purchased new wiper blades, which aren't cheap, but they install a quality brand, so it was all good.
Terry and his entire crew do an excellent job whenever I visit for auto service. All are very accommodating when I have a particular problem. I would recommend them highly (a sixth star if it were available).
Terry and his staff are rock stars. Always able to get my car in and out in a day - they even set my oil and tire rotation mileage on my computer. Never a suprise on cost - they quote me a price and that's what it cost - no suprises
